A comedy film works only in two cases - it can make laugh with either its writing or its characters. It is unfortunate that BHK Bhalla@Halla.Kom manages neither. It remains as average on screen as it would have been on paper. People in Mumbai are constantly reeling under the pressures of getting a perfect accommodation and if spun well, the film could've been spot on. Didn't Dibakar Banerjee cheer us up with the delightful Khosla Ka Ghosla? Alas, even the comparison is a compliment in this case.
