Movie Review Shivalinga 2016 Kannada Film

P Vasu, after Apthamithra, has been associated with a certain genre of films, which mixes commercial drama with horror and thriller elements. His mix of supernatural with the mundane with copious amounts of mass elements has always been lapped up by fans. Shivalinga, too, offers all that is expected, with some surprisingly good performances.

The film has two romantic stories. While one is of a murdered Muslim cook, whose Hindu fiancee seeks justice, the other other is of the protagonist and his newly wed wife, an arranged marriage. There's a link that connects the two stories, which is revealed as the story progresses.
